By accessing or using our website, and/or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

 

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers (“you” or “your”) who access or use our website or engage with our services.

1. Services

 

United Christian Cleaners provides professional cleaning services to commercial and residential establishments. These services may include routine cleaning, deep cleaning, janitorial services, window washing/cleaning, construction cleaning, and other related services.

 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

 

2. Service Agreement

 

Once you engage our cleaning services, we will provide you with a service agreement that outlines the specifics of the cleaning services to be provided, including the scope of work, frequency, pricing, and terms of service.

 

By signing or accepting the service agreement, you agree to pay for the services provided according to the terms specified in the agreement.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

 

As a customer, you agree to the following responsibilities:

 

  • Provide accurate information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, billing details, and property access information.
  • Access and Safety: You are responsible for providing our cleaning team with safe and unrestricted access to the premises during the agreed-upon time frame.
  • Prepare the premises: While our team will clean according to the agreed-upon services, it is your responsibility to ensure that areas to be cleaned are free of items that could hinder our team’s work or pose a safety risk.
  • Notify us of special requirements: If there are special requests or items that require additional care (such as delicate furniture, valuables, etc.), you must inform us in advance.

 

4. Pricing and Payments

 

  • Pricing: Pricing for our cleaning services is determined based on the specific services requested, frequency, size of the space, and any special requirements. We will provide an estimate or quote for your approval before beginning any work.
  • Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We accept payments via cash, check (to United Christian Cleaners or Aaron Flowers), Debit or Credit Card (subject to a 3% card processing fee), Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo.
  • Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may be applied, as outlined in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule services with adequate notice, as long as availability permits.

 

6. Property Damage and Liability

 

  • Damages: We take great care when providing cleaning services. However, in the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our team, you must notify us within 72 hours of the cleaning service. We will investigate and, if determined that the damage was caused by our team, we will take appropriate corrective action, which may include repairing or replacing the damaged property.
  • Exclusions: We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, such as broken or faulty items, or damage resulting from items left in areas that are not accessible to our team.

 

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

 

We value your privacy and take your data seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our cleaning services.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of United Christian Cleaners or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from our website without our express written consent.

 

9. Limitations of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Christian Cleaners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service(s) that gave rise to the claim.

 

10. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless United Christian Cleaners, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of our website or services, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

11. Force Majeure

 

United Christian Cleaners shall not be held liable for failure to perform services or delays in performance due to events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

 

12. Amendments to Terms

 

We reserve the right to amend, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, with the effective date of the changes clearly stated. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any updates. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, and you agree to resolve such disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action or other representative proceeding.

 

14. Termination of Service

 

We may suspend or terminate our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, misuse of services, or breach of these Terms. You may also terminate the service by providing us with notice according to the cancellation terms outlined in your service agreement.
